Recently relocated to the suburbs and was referred to BMVH by a fellow animal lover for a general checkup and rabies shot for my 3.5 month old kitten Aaron. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Cumming was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time, and her calming presence (and that of the staff) made Aaron feel comfortable and safe. Thank you! Courteous and professional reception. Ample waiting room for several patients. Timely service by skilled practitioners. Answered all questions and volunteered helpful advice we didn't even know to ask (we're new in town). Plenty of on-site parking. Prices are within the expected range. A satisfactory experience.

I love the doctors, the assistants, the entire staff. They were concerned and Compassionate to my dogs needs. They treated her as their own.

We have been coming to BMVH for over 39 years (3 dogs- two lived to 17 years and now a 5 year old). Although we moved from the suburbs to the city we still travel back to the practice. Both the staff and the veterinarns are very responsive. Phone calls are returned promptly and appointment times are found when needed.
